03 — Solution

Industrial Digitalization

Bringing field equipment, controllers and instrumentation into software the rest of the organisation can use.

The problem

The plant knows things the business cannot see. Equipment state, throughput and downtime live inside controllers and local panels, reaching management as a spreadsheet compiled by hand at the end of the week — late, aggregated and impossible to interrogate.

Engineering approach

We work from the instrument outward: what is measured, how reliably, and at what interval. Only once acquisition is trustworthy do we build the layers above it. This order matters — a dashboard built on unreliable acquisition produces confident, wrong answers.

The system

An acquisition layer bridging controllers and instruments, a historian preserving resolution where it matters, supervisory interfaces for the control room, and reporting that reaches management from the same source.

Resulting capability

What the organisation can do afterwards.

  • Plant state visible outside the control room
  • Trustworthy historical data
  • Alarms that are acted on
  • A foundation for condition-based maintenance
